Ok these are mine. Some are VERY guilty pleasures.
Teen Mom, Real Housewives of NJ, Bethenny Getting Married, Tori and Dean, Secret Life of the American Teenager, Who's the Boss reruns, and I love Lucy reruns.

I don't consider Dexter, Hell's Kitchen or Kitchen Nightmares as guilty pleasures. They're all good shows I don't feel guilty about watching. If I like a show I don't feel guilty about watching it even if other people think it's crap. But I avoid shows I think are crap, like Desperate Housewives, Jersey Shore, Glee, etc. Now I did watch Glee when Neil Patrick Harris was a guest star, but I wouldn't watch it again. Unless, you know, he were to guest star again. hehe

I definitely love Hell's Kitchen and Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares, as well as (here it comes....) Grey's Anatomy. Thank goodness LOST is over, too, because I watched that from day one!

I got sucked into Jersey Shore, Secret Life, and Degrassi lol. but other than that the shows I secretly love to watch are all the cheesy reality shows...Especially Tori and Dean, The Duggar's, Ace of Cakes.

My all time guilty tv pleasure is the adult cartoon show South Park. I am very addicted to South Park. The naughty language that the boys use is what sucked me into loving that show. Even my avatar is of a main South Park character Eric Cartman.

I am hopelessly addicted to Young and the Restless. I have been since I was a kid. I used to watch it with my mom while she was cooking supper and still to this day I cannot get away from it.

We have a reality show in Quebec called "Occupation Double" which is a sort of spin off on Big Brother and The Bachelor(ette). It really just sucks you in so bad. I love that show but its so mindless.
