I loved watching the old MLP when I was little and while I love the art style for the new series the fan base is really killing it for me. That may just be because all the people who I know who watch it are overly obsessed with it. I've tried watching it but I think I only made it to season 2.
Loved the episode that referenced The Hobbit though.

I love cartoons, absolutely adore anything animated most of the time, but the new MLP? I... can't get behind it. Bronies ruined it for me. Man, are they scary.
