I LOVE documentaries. I'm a sucker for WWII docs, but overall I enjoy astronomy, history, and nature documentaries.

Yes. How the mind works, the science of emotions, environmental hope, cultural, etc. Right now, I'm in the middle of a "TED Talks" kick, which is actually a series of lectures rather than documentaries, but they're the same in my mind - both are about education and awareness.

I like the ones all about animals, right now it's still March of the Penguins (seriously...how can my mother fall asleep during it, it's action packed and full of little fuzzy baby penguins!) and African Cats.

But I watch tons of those tv show documentaries about the paranormal and about nature...there was this amazing one about Japanese gardens called "Dream Window" I saw that I simply must get on DVD soon.

Holy crap, I LOVE The Universe. There was an awesome episode of Discovery's Curiosity called Sun Storm. Find it, watch it, love it.
