For myself its Persuasion..the fact that Anne and Wentworth make their way back to one another after so long apart and so much bitterness. Its a classic story of true love conquers all.

Sense and Sensibility, I love how it ends. And you know what, Whilloughby can go suck on a hornet's nest. =.=
Colonel Brandon was a much better man for Marriane in the end, sure he wasn't her first choice but he's still a catch.

Gotta be Emma. I'm not as fond of the stick-in-the-mud Mr Knightly as some of the other heroes, but Emma is hands down my favourite of the heroines. She's passionate, loving, open-hearted, and is always, always screwing up. And there are so many wonderful supporting characters in the book, like Miss Bates, Mr Weston, Mrs Elton, Frank Churchill, and dear old Mr Woodhouse. I love them all.
