Hard one... I guess I would have to say survivor. We watch that, ultimate fighter, project runway, but that is about it.

FMJ!!! Full Metal Jousting! Only because a dude got hit in the nuts! Nooo...I actually hate that show. Finding Bigfoot! Because after a few beers this is hands down the funniest damn show on TV!

I agree with spunkmonkey, I like the cooking shows.

There's some British ones I quite like but of course all I can think of at the moment are game shows & documentaries. I like the ones that are more cooperative than competitive in nature, and I've seen a couple of those from British TV but not so much in the US.

I do enjoy I Survived A Japanese Game Show even though all the contestants are usually horrible, because I can feel smug at knowing more than them and it's always such a novelty to be able to hear Japanese on ordinary television.

any cooking show. though i've never called them reality shows. there contests to me. hells kitchen is really all about chef ramsey getting to yell at people, my family loves him but i don't get it. next food network star is cool, but i love just about everything the food network produces.
