Considering its from capcom & ps vita has 12 more characters than console versions im betting we'll see an "ultimate" version sometime in the future for $40.
Especially since capcom is pulling the whole "buy costumes" thing again.

Probably not in the initial release. Wait for the "ultimate" if MVC3 taught us anything. Not that it will be bad, but capcom does love to do DLC whenever it can.
