I really didn't enjoy any of the ones I've read, but I didn't mind Pride and Prejudice!

I don't care what people say and I won't hide it anymore.
I...love Mr. Darcy.
There, I said it.
I love that miserable tool with a stick up his ass. I love how he bumbled through his first confession, I love how she grew on him, I love that he didn't give up and helped her in a dark time without asking for anything in return.
That stick in the mud can eat powdered donuts in my bed anytime.
I...love Mr. Darcy.
There, I said it.

I love Pride & Prejudice. How I want my life to be! *sigh* I wish.

I'm not really a fan of Jane Austin, sorry

My vote goes to Pride and Prejudice, even though I haven't read a few of the books listed on the poll.

Pride and Prejudice is just so classic. I love it.

My fav is definitely Pride and Pejudice. I love Mr. Darcy. I secretly wish to live in that era. My goal is to get through all the the Auten books. I just finished with persuasion and really liked it more than I thought. Im almost finished with Mansfield Park, and Im not liking it as much. love Jane Austen!

Hey guys. This is M. I actually majored in British literature in undergrad and Victorian era literature for my Masters. It's rare to see or have a guy say it but Austen is the greatest author in history, at least to me.
My personal favorite has always been Persuasion. E likes Pride and Prejudice. Her style is beyond captivating to me. The words literally draw you into the pages as you go. It's incredible.

Love Sense and Sensibility! And the movie? Emma Thompson, Kate Winslet, Hugh Grant and Alan Rickman? You can't go wrong.

My other half would probably say Pride and Prejudice. I haven't seen the new movie, but she said its lovely.

Traitor . I'm only joking. It's okay if you like her work, though, personally, I don't.

I love all of them. However, Pride & Prejudice is most definitely my favorite.

I like her work (read all her novels and am just starting on her lesser known pieces), but I LOVE Emma, Sense and Sensibility and Persuasion (despite it taking me three tries to really get into it). I despise Darcy and cannot comprehend how women love him so much when there are dear hearts like Knightley and the sexy Colonel Brandon to love!
My boyfriend likes Austen, as well. The first time we ever had sex was followed cuddling on the couch and an Austen movie (his suggestion).

I've tried several times to read Jane Austen books, but I've never gotten into them, nor enjoyed the movie adaptations. I feel bad for saying so!

I love p&p and s&s. Toss up for me.

I've only watched the movie version of pride and prejudice and even then only so because I'm think of getting the porn adaptation of it.
