The dollar movie charges between 1-2.25 depending on the day, the Guild (local movie theater) is $7 no matter if it's a matinee, and the 'Big Kid' movies are either $7.5-8 for a matinee and like $11 for an evening time.

$15-$16 for student/concession and $18-$19 for an adult here in Australia. 3D is extra. We don't get charged any less for matinee.

It depends on the theatre - best deal in town is 4.50, most expensive is the same price as always (15 bucks!).

It;s about $15, but the theaters around here are massive with big comfy chairs. So, it's worth the extra cost to sit in a better seat.

Two theaters here. Matinees are like 5 something at the cheap one and 7 something at the pricier one.

Our matinee is very specific. I think it's between 4-6 & it's $5.50. Earlier in the day it's $7+ & at night it's $9+. These prices are insane, especially since I live in a fairly poor town.
