I know what you're talking about, but I haven't heard any of it so I really couldn't tell you if I'd prefer English lyrics.
But with other languages unfamiliar to me, I don't usually seek out English lyrics or a dubbed version because I feel the music would lose some of the hard work put into it.

English poems that rhyme would, in all likelihood, lose that rhyming pattern if translated to a different language; most song lyrics would probably lose some meaning as well when translated.

For those wondering, google is your friend. A few of my mother's friends are interested in native american culture so I had a general idea of what she meant already.

I think it's cool no matter the language. Does something always have to be in a language we understand to be appreciated and to convey an emotion to us? I don't think so.
