Were there people who DIDN'T love Rugrats? (yes I did.)
I never did understand that the babies weren't actually talking English until I was wayyy too old to admit to it though

I still love that show! There was actually a post that I saw on tumblr that totally made sense as to how smart the babies were in their plots to have fun.

I watched this show for awhile when I was younger. It was the one show that drove my mom insane. She says the sound of Chuckie's voice made her skin crawl.

I was a fan when I was young and it first started. I believe at some point it sort of changed and I was aging out of it anyway. I haven't watched it as an adult.
