I'm not sure but this reminded me of something I found hilarious. I was once reading an old bathroom book (you know, books to read in the crapper?) and it had a section for movies that never were. One of them was Avatar! It was sooo funny to me to see that when the book was written, they thought Avatar would never happen and then it actually did! It described it exactly like the movie ended up being so that was neat, too.

Phantasmagoria, it was going to be about Alice in Wonderland and Marilyn Manson was the director (it was one of his projects) but I think due to studio issues it's been put on hold until further notice.

Arrested Development has been on the borderline of rumor/real for a few years now. I know there are active plans, but I don't want to be disappointed, so I'm not holding out much hope. I would kill to see it come back.

My Man has been talking about the Three Stooges movie for years. The cast has changed numerous times, and the release date is always changing. He and his buddy and his buddy's little boy are, of course, all looking forward to it. I'll most likely stay home.

Honestly, this sounds like something with wlawesome characters & costumes but a mediocre or less-than-exciting story like American Mcgee's Alice(game) or Alice Madness returns (the sequel)

Apparently The Dark Crystal was intended to have a sequel, but it never came to fruition. I've heard that there have been efforts recently to restart the project, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

I'm also hoping that the Akira movie stays properly dropped this time. The possible director wasn't cutting it, and Americanizing it all just made no sense. The rumored Sandman movie sounded pretty bad, too, so I'm glad that failed.
A Death Note movie featuring Zach Efron would've been hella entertaining, though.
