That's a hard one. I grew up watching Star Trek: TNG and Star Trek: Voyager, so they might be tied. However, I am fond of a bunch of other shows as well.

Hmm this is an extremely hard one. I love so many shows, the ones at the top of my list would have to be....

Stargate SG-1 / Stargate Atlantis / Stargate Universe
Plus all three stargate movies.

Newer version of Battlestar Galactica (amazing show)

Star Trek in general, but more recently Enterprise with Scott Bakula.
