has anyone seen this show on E? i find it interesting to see what they look for or what they see when scouting for models. it's also interesting to see the processes the girls they seek out have to go through to get picked up by an agent, like the interviews, test photo shoots, & figuring out how to style their hair, makeup, & clothes. if you have seen it, what do you think?
