HBO's Vampire series:
The main characters were perfectly cast. I lean towards Sam though.

The books:
Claude, Claudette, and Pam. Pam is cool as hell in the books.

I love almost everyone on that show. Alcide is right up my alley. Mmmm, tall, dark, and handsome. Also, I REALLY cannot stand Sookie, though. I'm glad that the show focuses so much on the stories of the other characters too!

It was a toss up between Eric and Lafayette, but I have to say the later is my favorite because he is just so entertaining and confident and pure awesomeness While I love Eric, he does some things that are really terrible by human standards.

I love Eric and I have to say that Jessica is a tie for female favorite. I guess I shoud have made it multiple choice. I have to say that I love this series and the books too. In the books I love Eric as well as Pam. She totally kicks ass!

I have got the screaming thigh sweats for Eric. But I have to admit, Alcide comes in a very close second for sexiness. Just for the sheer enjoyment of the character, I also love Layfayette.

Pam is by far one my most favorite character. I absolutely love her attitude and her relationship with Eric. In the books though, I have to say, Bubba. Most definitely. Alan Ball had mentioned adding him to the show. *crosses fingers* I hope that he does.
