I've read the books and seen the movies, but wouldn't call myself a fan, just more curious what the fuss is about. Let's just say I've seen and read a lot better.

I liked Interview with a Vampire. After reading the entire series and watching the whole thing up to Queen of the Damned, I think I'm good with vampires for at least a few more decades. Barely noticed Twilight, really, other than to note that neither of the two vampire boys are as good looking as Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt were.

I love the cheese of it. It makes me feels so super corny to read it.

I love the movies also. I hate that they are splitting the last movie into 2 parts.

Haven't read the books and haven't seen the movies. Planning on keeping that way. It looks lame.

I voted yes and no. There are certain things I like about the movies and they're something different to watch, but I'd rather have my vampires burst into flames instead of being sparkly like someone else mentioned.

I was until I found out how Breaking Dawn ends. I will seek the movie, though. More of an Edward Cullen fan than the movies

I think they are okay. I've read two of the books, but still haven't finished the others. I think I will eventually see the movies too. Like a lot of other people, I wanted to see what the fuss was about.

Writing at its worst in my opinion. Movies were worse than the books though. The first book was actually almost palatable. Almost.

Not a fan. Didn't read the book or watch the movies. My friend I worked with read the entire series and so did her two daughters. I didn't see what the fuss was about. Not my type of thing.

Nope, never have been a fan. I prefer my vampires suave, deadly, and undead. Not sparkly perfect superhumans. That and I actually did read some of the first Twilight book, too see what the fuss was about, and it reads like some poorly written softcore fanfiction. I've also seen bits of the movie here and there, and the acting, for the most part, is so... flat and unrealistic. Blegh. Not to mention, the perception of "love" in this book (and movie) is really twisted considering the age group it attracts.

I refuse to watch even one of them. Vampires shouldn't sparkle and the whole teeny bopper love crap gets on my nerves. I did read the first book, just to give it a fair chance. The book wasn't too bad, but it didn't make me want to see the movies.

Hate it. A friend made me read the first book and see the first movie with her. Bleh.

Ditto. I got wrapped up in the emotion of the books and the curiosity of the plot; but once I'd been away from them for more than a year and then saw the horrific movie, I was done.
