I see that the Walking Dead TV show has a lot of fans here. Has anyone been inspired to check out the comic? Did anyone start with the comic and then see the show? I much prefer the books over the show, myself.

I love the comic! Hate the show. Watch-able zombies are not new, and it's totally beyond me why they made the show so very different from the comics.

I have all the hardcovers, they look so good on my shelf! But the downside is I have to go to the comic store and delicately read the TPBs and single issues since the hard covers take so long to come out! Haha at least the owner of the store doesn't mind since he knows I'll buy the hardcovers when they come out..
