I use a five-year-old Dell desktop. I don't really have any plans to upgrade as this thing still works great. When it does finally die, I'll probably get another desktop. I feel they're more reliable, and if I want Internet on the go I'll just use my smartphone.

I have both a desktop and laptop. They are both Dell products. My desktop is over 10 years old and is my baby. I can't let it go. It might not be able to certain things anymore. But it still runs.

i have HP i love it. 17 inch duel core. tons of harddrive space running on 4gb of ram, fast and keeps me on eden. but my hubby has one too the same as mine, and we have two desktops...

TIP FOR OVERHEATING...
people are always coming to my husband for laptop repair saying they think its their hard drive or processor.. turns out it just needs cleaned out.. Completely taken apart, cleaned out with air duster and new thermal paste on the processor.. Than it runs fine !!! so many people have said its broke i just want a new one, turns out he cleans it and puts new thermal paste on the processor and it runs like new.. so if your laptop over heats most of the time it just needs cleaned out..

On laptop is a SAGER with a 17 inch screen a 3.2 cpu, a bunch of ram, 2 320 gb hard drives and a video card. That is sort of what I understood from what the hubby told me!
