My local TV stations and local daily paper, but mostly the local stations; I like to leave the TV on and 'listen' to the news broadcast while I'm busy in the kitchen.

Honestly, word of mouth. It's probably the least efficient way ever, and I'll have to improve it eventually, but it works all right for now.
