I used to prefer books, but now, with fibrofog, I would say movies are easier in the long run... But I like both, I guess.

Books, I love to read and enjoy being able to stop when I need to do something else. Hate sitting still long enough to watch a movie, thus have not been to a theatre in close to 20 yrs.
