I feel like there's a big tumbleweed out here right now. Things have been hectic recently, but I don't think the activity on the forums is directly correlated to general activity on Eden. As in, I think there are more people around then those posting, and maybe some folks are just hesitant.

I am all over this place, sorry didn't see this discussion sooner, but I have been trying to straighten up the house, the exterminator comes tomorrow and I don't want to look like a huge slob!

I've seen a few regulars, but it really is lonely & now I am only getting a few answers to the discussions I start. I am trying to not post a ton of discussions because, 1.) I don't want people to get ticked off that I am flooding the place with topics. 2.) After doing so many for the last few months, I am running out of inspiration!

I think I might bump some of my older threads since new people are around who haven't seen them.

this isn't about hope for me. it's about all the ugliness thrown about which anyone knows has had a damaging effect on the community as a whole. we should be banding together, doing ourselves what we can to help build a better community which offers EF a valuable asset. and I truly believe a huge number of our members can offer EF an exceptional resource that EF won't want to lose. and EF can offer the community the benefits that will keep them strong and committed. am I dreaming too big? less

Ditto. I'm rather afraid to do anything. Still haven't decided if I want to risk the Point Reconsideration form, or just go ahead and let them clean my slate and just start fresh. But

Which sucks... because I'd be okay if they just left me with the 10,000 points I earned from my five reviews from that double points week, but took the rest. Least I'd still have about half my points.

I'm still here & waiting for the dust to settle hoping EF & the community have remained intact in an amicable relationship that will work for both.

I started posting members' walls 2 weeks ago about creating more interaction & friendships among the community w/ the intent of promoting the community & add a positive dimension to EF w/ all the chaos going on. got some good ideas & responses until 6/19. not getting any more responses now. that definitely makes a strong statement.

my intent for promoting a stronger community was to help bring us closer together while EF was making changes here & there. Fred's 6/19 change in rules did just the opposite of bring us together, unfortunately. in fact, for some reason, much of the community turned on itself. I hope the remaining new changes are implemented ASAP to stop the massive exodus of members including, some very valuable members & preserve what remains of the community who want to have a positive experience as a member of EF again. the community has been a valuable resource as Fred admitted. Fred, let us continue to add to your growth. There still are some of us who want to. less
