The people who seem to be on top of the world with the best everything. They have the stylish hair and clothes and is really popular with people. Are those people really truly so happy or are they covering it up?

Do not know and to be honest don't care. Trying to make the best of my happiness is hard enough. I don't want to hurt anyone of course. I try to treat people humanely, but ultimately their happiness is their responsibility not mine.

Worldly possesions don't add up to hill of crap. I have yet to see one take it with them when they finally depart. Live life and love life. Driving the best car in the world doesn't compare to a nice relaxing vacation with loved ones. More pleasure can come from a shack in the woods, compared to Beverly Hills.

Don't really care too much. If they're happy, that's great. I'm happy doing my own thing. Sitting there wondering about other people like that seems petty to me.

Some are some aren't, probably. It really depends on the person. Without knowing them, you can't really tell.
