I gotta go with It's hard to compete against "free"!! I can't say I'm sad about it, having to watch the girls attempt to do girl/girl for the camera was agonizing.

It means there is a misappropriation of funds in the company and they are probably restructuring and opening up as a separate and other corporation. Many businesses use bankruptcy to restructure or start over as a separate entity.
