While we keep cold watermelon in the fridge almost all summer long, I have to admit the peaches this summer are sweet as can be. Juicy too.

Ohh peaches, apples, banana's, blueberries and of course watermelon and strawberries! I love fruit now that I can safely eat it.

We've got watermelon all year round here in Australia .

If I have to choose fruit that can only be found in the summer: mangoes and white nectarines are great.

Mango! Used to be strawberries when I lived in the UK but here in Australia they're a winter fruit. In fact locally mangos are pretty much the only summer fruit, as papaya, watermelon etc is in season now (it's winter or would be if this wasn't the tropics)

I love me a Georgia peach (and yes I am leering suggestively at one in particular!)...serious ly though a tree ripened peach that just slides down the throat is my absolute summer favorite.
