Even if this weren't a hoax, anyone to have done that would have to be very dedicated to their friends, or just crazy

I, personally, would not get a tattoo like this.

It's a shame it's a hoax, because that would have been so funny! I wouldn't do this, anyhow.

Though I wouldn't mind if I came across someone with the word 'Like' tattooed in a strategically placed area. Or even the word 'Poke' ...
