After a 3 day weekend, does the following weekend seem TOO DARN SHORT???

Contributor: Bignuf Bignuf
Last week was a three day weekend. Labor Day. So this week was short (4 day work week). Now it is Saturday...but back to a 2 day weekend. SO...after a 3 day weekend, does the following weekend seem TOO DARN SHORT???Do you feel the "regular" two day weekend is just not enough time off...especially following the "rest" of a three day weekend?

No. Two day weekends are fine. The three day ones are just a bonus.

I worked all last weekend. I never actually get two or more days off in a row unless I request them off.

I enjoy 3 day weekends, but am just happy that both my husband and I work M-F and are able to spend the other two days with the kids every week.

Mhmm. During a 3 day weekend I actually have enough time to complete a non-academic project.

I actually like to work, so a three day weekend seems LONG. Not that I'd complain..just that two day weekends are fine.

I wish I had the 3 day weekend. But alas I had an afternoon off. I think having an extra day is just a bonus.

Yes! I always get a little disoriented with 2 day weekends after the 3 day weekends, especially when I have it twice in a row.
