I get up and stay up as soon as the first alarm sounds. I'm a very light sleeper and it takes a long time for me to get back to sleep when woken.

depends on the alarm. i have to get up at 3 diff times during the week, so i use my alarm clock for 2 & my phone for one. my alarm clock has a 9 min. snooze, so i try not to hit it more than once or twice. my phone only has a 5 min. snooze, so i hit it about 3 times before i make myself get up.

I hate alarm clocks, so much so that I least hit the snooze bar two or three times!

Within 1/2 a second to a full second I wake up and turn my alarm off. In rare cases I hit snooze or sleep through my alarm.

I never hit snooze, but I do set multiple alarms (just in case).

I have a music alarm that gradually increases in volume, and an in three minutes, a ringing alarm to get me out of the bed!
