It depends on how bad they are.

For clearing my sinuses I'll use simply saline spray. I try to stay away from any other sprays. You'd be surprised at the stuff you find in the ingredients list.

I use Sudafed sinus and sinus pressure. It works for me and I tend to take it before bed so i'll sleep well.

I try to limit what I put into my body, but don't be that person who is suffering and takes nothing. Zyrtec is also great. Just make sure when you use it you read the "Warning if you Have" section. Same applies if you are asthmatic, because Benadryl could kill you.

Humidifiers help at night for easier breathing, they're cheap too. Hot food and steam clears sinuses.

And orgasms - they alleviate congestion and open the nasal passages.

Hope this helps!

I live in one of the top five worst cities in the US for allergians unfortunately and was allergic to pretty much every grass, weed and tree in my area. I tried every medication (OTC and prescription) and nothing worked. I was literally taking off time from work after a weekend of being outside, cutting grass, etc. So, after talking with some other people who suffer, decided to look into getting allergy shots. Six years later (and still getting shots), it is totally worth it. It is a big commitment and a pain in the ass, but well worth it in the long run. You may want to look into it if they are really bad for you. Schedule an appointment at an allergy office and see what they say

I suffer from different allergies.. Typically, I'm allergic to several airborne allergens in spring, but they don't all come out at the same time, so I end up having allergies all of spring/summer and a part of fall. I survive by mh, chugging down antihistaminic pills. And using way too much kleenexes. But I've heard masks help, even if in North America, you'll be percieved as a weirdo.

I used to have a problem with grass, it would make me itch. Now, I have not noticed any allergy problems, for the past 5 years or so
