Anniversary Dinner Coming Up. Any suggestion on the BEST steak house?

It's not a chain (yet) but Stoney River has the best steak I've ever had in my life. If I had to pick a chain it would be Ruths Chris. Everything else pales in comparison.

I like both Outback and Texas Roundhouse for budget options, Ruth's Chris is great for something more formal/pricey.

You don't make your geographic location specific enough to make this very easy. Along with Ruths Chris, Morton's and Lawry's are pretty good chains.

Sadly I've been rather disappointed absolutely every time that I've had steak at Outback, Longhorn, Chili's, Fridays or any of the other casual dining places I've been to. They may do burgers or ribs OK but steak... forget it.
