I personally don't like the vast majority of them, and even the ones I like are special, so they are also not your typical (and in my opinion extremely boring) action movies... (I know, am a female, just expressed my humble opinion... ~lays ears blushy)

Any males who find most of them awful too?

I'm a girl, and it depends on the movie. Some I can get into, and some are just funny.

I can't say I really enjoy most action movies. Usually it's because I can't stand the plots that go with them. There have been a few action movies I enjoy, but I usually like movies that have huge plot twist, make your mind explode, or are down right bizarre but show passion from the writer/director.
