The exact same as you. My arachnophobia is pretty severe. I can't look at pictures of spiders at all. I have fainted from seeing them and have had asthma attacks from seeing them as well. It really sucks . My therapist suggested that he wanted to help me get over it but I denied him. I'm not ready to see tons of spider images, etc. right now.

Heights tops the list, but I also have a mild phobic reaction to black olives. I can't stand to touch them (if I'm forced to, I scrub my hands afterwards), smell them, I can't eat around them or pick them out. They're just so disgusting that I feel ill.
