Anyone already planning their Black Friday haul?

NOPE.

As someone who's worked Black Friday retail: it's not that awesome. It sucks for us. Even for customers, sales can start as early as two weeks before black friday except on the big day they may give you a free gift (like a tote worth 5 bucks) or something with your purchase. Eh.

Also, stores open too damn early. If you go to one of those places that open thanksgiving day, you're essentially encouraging the companies to further exploit their workers and have them sacrifice their family time. I HATED not being able to enjoy my dinner with family as well. I couldn't eat as much and couldn't really socialize since I wanted to get some sleep since I was working through the night.

So yeah. I'll do cyber stuff, but I will never go out.

I think I might skip all of that madness this year

Only shopping I plan to do is here on Eden if I have enough points

I am planning to hit up at least Target and Walmart for some movies to give away as gifts. My man just got a PS3 and he's very excited bout Blu-rays so I definitely want to get him some.

If I do any BF/Cyber Monday shopping, I do it online or wait til the fuss dies down.

We usually just check things out online.

Maybe online. Ooooh.. maybe I'll save this purchase on Eden for Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Hahaha

I usually do Cyber Monday for Christmas shopping but I really don't have any spare money at this time. I'm always jealous of friends who have lots of extra income and just come home with piles of stuff.

I'll buy stuff from Eden, but that's about it. No way am I waiting in line anywhere on Black Friday. I might pick up a few things on Cyber Monday if anything looks good.

I would like to get a computer... But, probably won't. I need to save that money for a vehicle. :/
