I've been a few times; the worst was going three weeks after it opened. The lines that day felt like they were taking up my whole life. For the most part it's the same as it was before, except they changed the decorations of the two coasters and the eatery, added some shops and the castle ride. From what I've heard they closed down Jaws so that they could add onto it.
