It's a book with little tear out sections that are either "for her eyes only" or "for his eyes only" which details different plans for seduction. The books gives you enough tear out sections for two things per week for a year.

Now that you described it, I think my husband I and started it years ago. We did a few things in it and yes it was fun...now I wonder where that book is.
