We are adopting a YOUNG puppy from the pound. Half pit and half terrier. Cute little guy. Seems very sweet and docile for 10 weeks old. Never owned this breed and didn't plan to, but want a dog to keep our other one company.
I know it is bad people raising dogs to be mean that creates misery and angry, dangerous dogs, but in the back of my mind I worry about generations of breeding for fighting creating a dog which MAY snap.
We are NOT newbies to dog ownership...but ARE totally to this breed.
Anyone have any REAL world experience to share???
