Chilipepper, I have seen that picture too, and I whole heartedly agree with Vac. You are a beautiful woman, and don't let anyone tell you different.

Wanna hear something funny? As most of you guys know, Gary and I are married. He started working here about 3 months after I did. Well... in that first year, he had someone in the community have a MEGA-crush on him. She would flirt openly on the forum and was really laying it on thick in emails.. I found the whole thing rather funny and harmless. She has since disappeared from all online stuff from what I've seen. Ah well.. it happens, right?

As for attractive personalities? I think there are a lot of magnetic and intriguing people in this community!

This thread simultaneously cracked me up and warmed my heart. I love the posts on here so far. There are a lot of awesome people on Eden, and I'm attracted to some, mostly in a totally-wish-I-could-h ang-out-with-ya way. It's hard for me to crush on someone romantically online without a lot of one-on-one interaction. But there are a lot of attractive folks on here, definitely.

Also, I think "Yes, I'm going there" is the BEST intro you could have chosen for this thread, Vaccineum.

Hmmm, interesting. I guess I've never really thought about it. There are certain people that I'd love to meet in real life because they seem really kickass.

It kinda sucks because if I want to talk about EF to anyone off of EF, they really just nod and listen. I've tried getting some friends involved but it usually never sticks. What's really funny is that the girl that referred me to it in the first place seems really awkward about talking to me about it. I don't know what the big deal is; then again we're more acquaintances than friends in all honesty. Kind of a bummer.

There is someone, and even if all the "if"s were true I'd probably still chicken out on asking them out. I tend to form friendships with people even if I am attracted to them because friendships rarely end in all the awkwardness and unhappiness of relationships gone south. Keeps from getting hurt as often, and probably also explains why I've been single for quite a while now.

I definitely have crushes on other EFers. Some are the sort that make me 12 and want to hold hands until my parents call for curfew and I have to go back inside. Some make me tongue-tied. Some are the sort that I have to avoid responding to because I'm going to say something beguiling in my own head but actually super-creepy to the rest of the world. On that note: I hope everyone realizes I'm harmless. If I've ever creeped you out, now you know why.

If I knew these folks in real life: in a heart beat. If I could figure out their handle, I'd follow and probably tweet at them every now and then. Then glow like like a candle if they respond.

Sweet, simple, platonic on the outside and left to admire from the inside. There is nothing better.
