I am a plus size woman and love my curves tho I do want to drop some weight I am not exactly dieting just trying to be healthier. I have come to the terms that between my genetics and bone structure trying to be a size 0 2 4 6 is not in the cards for me it is an unrealistic goal.

I'm very weight fixated- in an unhealthy way- so instead of obsessing, I try and focus on just being stronger. This keeps me from falling into bad habits.

Eating plan of moderate protein, lots of veggies, no sugar. Low carbs (and only whole grains). Dropped eight pounds over the past two weeks (always happens when first starting an eating plan). This is the lifestyle change I'm still integrating, and it's become even more of a habit this week.

I'm pretty much on a constant diet. I try not to eat sugar, take vitamins, eat lots of protein, and work out 6 days a week. I spend everyday at the pool during the summer and go to school in California, and spend everyday by the beach. I spend too much time with my shirt off to let my body get out of hand.

I've never been on a diet. I used to eat large dinners with lots of meat, but since my metabolism is not like when I am younger, I tend to eat smaller meals.

i dieted & worked out all last year & lost 41 lbs. i've gained almost 15 back since i stopped & have started again to get rid of it. i eat smaller portions, lots of fish, chicken, & vegies. i cut out alcohol, soda, & sugar, & only let myself have them occasionally. i worked out for an hour 5 days a week, but have added an extra day this time. the 1st 2 weeks is always the hardest, but it gets easier once it becomes a routine.

I've never technically dieted, though I will eat considerably less if I notice myself getting out of the range that I'd like to be. I've always been extremely thin, so I've never had a problem with weight. But, like everyone, it is possible for me to gain, so I try to watch that if I notice a difference in my body.

I'm underweight, and my metabolism has let me get away with eating terribly. Trying to work on changing that now... I've considered a very high-protein diet to get some more meat on my bones, but making protein shakes all the time does NOT sound appetizing to me... I'm looking now at just exercising enough to build up meat in muscle (which will hopefully make me weigh enough to donate blood)

I am a plus size girl and have always been on a diet so in saying I do not think I am ever not on a diet. One day I will make it. Now where did I put those Doritos?

I have never been on a diet but I do watch what I eat. Being very active, working out, martial arts and kickboxing certainly help. I think I am also gifted by a great metabolism. My weight of about 119lbs at 5'6" has been just about constant since I was 20, now 28.

I'm not on a diet and don't want to be, my relationship with food rocks. I eat healthy foods, sweets occasionally and I work out to stay fit. My metabolism is amazing also

I am skinny by some people's standards, and curvy by other people's standards. I feel healthy and I look sexy to my guys standards. Thats all that matters to me right now.

I'm *kind of* dieting...more like making healthy choices I guess. I've been watching my calories and trying to make healthier choices so I can lose a little weight, but I'm not following any specific diet plan or denying myself anything. If I go over my calorie count it's not the end of the world, i'll just try to do better the next day. I'm slowly incorporating a bit of exercise into my daily routine, but that's honestly the hardest part.

I don't really diet. I try to eat healthy, but if I *really* want pizza or sweets, I'll indulge. I HATE overeating--it makes me feel so nauseated afterward, so if I'm tempted to eat an extra slice of cake or something, I just think of what my body would feel like afterward. I do make exceptions for special occasions - Thanksgiving, anyone? - but it usually works.

Also, I've found that, generally, the less junk food I eat, the less I want to eat. Again, it just feels so much better to eat healthy food!

I am not on a diet right now... and I don't plan on going on another one. Yo-yo dieting isn't healthy, and I'd like not to aboard that train

I don't really follow anything specific for a diet. I try to eat consistently and I try to eat good things for me. I fail spectacularly at both all the time, but I try really hard not to blame that for things I might not like about my body. I know I'm still young, but I am aging and I'm coming to terms that while I still look good, I no longer have and likely will never again have the body or metabolism I had when I was in high school. I can still eat most of the junk I want to, but it is starting to show a little bit now.

XD When am I not? Okay joking aside, I am dieting currently. I just want to be healthy, I know I don't have the body type to be skinny. But I really just want to get the point where I'm healthy, where my knees and feet don't hurt after just 4 hours of an 8 hour shift. Right now I'm over weight, by 100 pounds or more, so any time I see a doctor it's the first thing they say when I express a concern about my back, knee or feet pain.

I'm currently on a diet I made up in my head that is basically a bunch of diet plans my mom has been on smushed together. In my family all the girls are thick and usually I was pretty good at keeping a heathy weight but my last year of high school and the summer after I packed on a good 40 pounds. So far in college I've managed to loose about 25lbs but really I would like to be 50 or 60lbs from the weight I was before I left for school. I'm comfortable with my size and know I'll never be tiny but I want to be more healthy.
