We both used to be extremely jealous, it was pretty ridiculous. He cooled off after about 2 years, and is now very reasonable, but I still have a long way to go

I almost want to be bothered that my husband never gets jealous. Lucky me I guess. He is way laid back and never cares what anyone thinks. I envy him.

Sometimes my girlfriend is a little jealous on occasion but not to excess. I think it's kinda cute anyway. It means she just wants to be my number one. She is.

I'm with Hibangel. My dh isn't the least bit jealous, and sometimes it does feel like he doesn't care. I know it's not true, but it's how I feel.

It can cause problems and I'd try to be understanding and help get to the root of the problem, maybe help them feel better about themselves, but I'm very grateful that my partner isn't. Some people aren't insecure really, but having a loved one purposefully try to make you jealous can even get to you and turn you into a different person. I prefer not having to go through that stuff at all and I'd never want my partner to be jealous. Of course if another man talked disrespectully to me, he'd absolutely say something! I like that, that's what my partner should do in such a situation, but just plain jealously from someone who won't work on the problems would drive me away quick!

I am single, but only one of my boyfriends got jealous. He tried getting jealous about me hugging one of my gay guy friends and that pissed me off. I nipped that S*** in the bud.
