at the risk of sounding uncouth, stress and/or lack of sleep make me gassy, is this true of anyone else? if not these stressors, anything else?

YES! finals week is horrible for me, because I'm both stressed and sleep deprived. If I have fewer than 6 hours of sleep, I get so damned gassy, it's so embarrassing. If I'm super stressed, again with the gas.

Stress kills me!!! I am constantly running to the bathroom when I get stressed or seriously upset.

My husband's ex stresses me out to the max. If he starts fighting with her about my step-daughter, even if it's over the phone and I'm aware she's pissing him off, I'm in the bathroom within ten minutes. Bleh!

They are. Stress makes my stomach revolt against all things right and good and I end up on the loo. :/

Lack of sleep also makes me nauseous/pukey feeling.

Stress gives me the runs (tmi probably but oh well) as well as gluten. Sigh. Just can't win.

yup, a good night's sleep usually helps to move things along for me after a hard week.
