The appeal, as with hymen reconstruction, lipsuction, labiaplasty or breast augmentation, is to have a "perfect body" and be deemed "fuckable", as per the standards set forth by our society.

I don't think a regular colored asshole is unattractive, but I wouldn't mind it bleached. It's fuckable regardless.

It's such a small detail that I don't understand the appeal. Unless you're an albino, the thinner parts of your skin are always going to be a bit dark from the blood vessels and hair follicles and everything.
