It varies, and mostly depends on the pet.
Our cat who passed away was a "daddy's girl" but the cat we have left is a "mommy's girl". The dogs just love whoever, and the fish we take turns with feeding and both do the tank cleanings together

Everyone gives him (the dog) pretty equal amounts of attention except my mother's boyfriend's elderly father...K.C won't go near him for some reason. =|
He tends to go from bedroom to bedroom every few hours if someone isn't paying enough attention to him though, he's a little attention hog.
