Mostly everything. I don't eat fast food or drink sodas or energy drinks. My one real vice is chocolate, so I try to at least make sure it's dark chocolate.

Some things I will NEVER eat. I literally will rather go hungry than eat hydrogenated fats or unfermented soy. Other things I'm more flexible with. A little bit of sugar here and there, something with a preservative or coloring. There is nothing worse for you than hydrogenated fats. If you just focus on taking out one thing, that should be it (and yes, you can replace it with HEALTHY butter and coconut oil. )

Since January, I've really been watching my intake and my calories. I do eat everything in moderation but I definitely don't eat as unhealthy as I used to. It's helped a lot, I've lost 25 lbs this year!
