It's only the very beginning of fall and I'm already really suffering with colds, allergies, viruses. Ugh! Is anyone else having a bad start to the season?

While I don't have allergies, two friends of mine have them severely and are already suffering this season.

I'm sick for the first time in three years - it's an upper respiratory infection, so it'll stick around for a while.

Actually, I realize this is probably coincidence, but since I met my girlfriend, I've only suffered from allergies (which is really an every day thing for me) or a bought of throwing up a day after drinking. Usually I'm sick several times a year with bad colds or flus or something else.

i always get a small cold at the beginning of the school yr, but it's usually gone in a few days. i actually got body aches for a day this yr, though. but i'm used to colds & stuff this time of yr b/c of school.

I'm always sick so I never notice much of a difference, even when the seasons change lol. Hopefully, you feel better and won't get any worse as the season progresses.

Me too! What on earth is going on lately? Me and my partner and the 1 year old baby have been having these really freaky terrible sinus like crap. It was similar to a cold at first then turned weird and we've had it longer than a week! My mom came home nearly dead yesterday with the beginning of it too She says it's ragweed. I've never had such severe problems. I get colds some, but never anythign this funky. I had a tooth break a month ago and it never once hurt until I started this cold or whatever it is and now it's like my entire jaw, side of my face and that side of my head and mouth are in so much pain! It's only the one side though. The headache has been darn near impossible to get rid of! I'll be so glad when it's over with.
Coconut oil is good for these things, but I've not even felt good enough to go get some. I hate it. I sure hope you feel much better soon!

I've had my first cold of the year a few days ago, thank goodness it felt more like a bad allergy than a cold, and only lasted for two days.

We are just coming out of our winter and I got through it with no issues at all. That's my third winter with no colds or anything - things are looking up. So much for anti-bacterial soap having a negative effect on ya immune system. It's hog wash!
