Frozen anchovies on my end. Frozen muscles worked, too.

I mostly use artificial flies. My kids have great luck with a small jig with a piece of worm. Where we go fishing they catch something on just about every cast.

Depends on what I'm fishing. Most often I use real worms. For bass I love these red and black rubber worms that smell like black licorice. I also like to tie my own flies so I use those quite often.
