I've had their brazillian butt lift workout program for a couple of years lol
I think they are expensive for what you get, but I thought the workout program I got was pretty effective and challenging and a good option if you like workout videos. I never followed their mean plan or followed the program exactly, but I still use the workout videos from time to time when I can't make it to the gym.
I haven't tried any of their supplements or anything like that so I can't speak to that.
Most of their programs look like they are too hard for me, but I don't think they are a scam. With most diet and exercise programs you get what you put into them. I am kind of a workout video junkie, so I might buy a program from them again at some point

I made DVD copies from a friend of the Insanity workout and hardly used them at all. They may work for some but I just can't stay focused on, or be disciplined enough, to do workout videos. I got a few good ideas from the video and will incorporate them into my routines from time to time. You can find plenty of free videos and tips online and not have the pay for videos like those put out by Beachbody.

I didn't mean the workout doesn't work. Any workout will work, but they try to make you sign up to sell the stuff and buy your own product at ridiculous prices. Pass.
