I'm not sure I understand the question. I voted both because I love word games and golf. I also do a fair amount of hiking, rowing, bike riding and weight lifting.

I thought she meant like do you prefer sports like "chess" since that's a "mind sport" or physical like "football" or "UFC". That's what I took it as anyway.

I like both and I feel like I'm good at both. My wife and I play risk and chess all the time, and we also like to go for long distance runs as well.

I'm going to have to pick "mental" sports, I love physical ones like volleyball, badminton, and soccer but I have no one to play them with so it's not as much fun.

I like games of the mental variety. Don't mind watching sports, but I was never very good at them.

Both. My sport is both mentally and physically demanding.

I'm more of a physical sports guy. I tried yoga once though, it didn't do anything for me, even though my identical twin brother is a yoga master. Hmmm, I guess that twins aren't always the same.

Well, the mind is part of the body, but I know what you mean.

My wife and I like both. My job's mentally stimulating and challenging (hers is, too), and we also like games that "exercise" the mind, like cards. We make sure to get plenty of physical exercise, too. I also find meditation and stretching/yoga to be excellent for the mind/body.
