I remember the song most, and the girl who wanted to be the shrink.

I used to see bits and pieces of it in the form of tv or comics every now and then while growing up but never enough to really make an impact on me.

Watched the specials, the series, read the comics, etc. Still watch them, too. My Mom made hooked rug wall hangings of Linus and Lucy for my brother and me (this was back in 1981). Was also in a production of "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" when I was in high school - I played Lucy. My old castmates and I still toss the few lines we remember at each other sometimes.

The innocence and subtlety are what made it special. It was a rather sad day when Mr. Schulz finally passed on.
