just wondering how do u actually forgive and move on from ur hubby or wife cheating on u?? i find this a hard subject but i would like some advice how to stop thinking bout what was done and not be able to think about it on a daily basics.

By either deciding you both want to rebuild trust and work very hard at doing so (possibly with help of a therapist), or by deciding you don't and moving on without them.

I don't generally forgive someone, I just leave.

I don't think I could ever get past it. I think that if you truly love someone you wouldn't cheat on them. I would leave.
