My lactose intolerance is getting worse, but I love real half and half in my coffee. Using milk has not helped. Most of the non dairy creamers seem full of chemicals. I am wondering about things like Almond Milk, Soy or other possible things, but have not tried them yet. Anyone have suggestions for good, "alternative to milk" coffee lightners that are not a big chemical soup? Thanks.
Coffee Lightning....anything other then milk or cream.
