It is getting close to that time of the year. So do you get a flu shot? If not what steps do you take to ensure you don't contract the nasty flu virus?

I've never had a flu shot, but I did go in to the Urgent Care for bronchitis and sinusitis...fun. :|

The only time I got a flu shot I ended up getting the flu and the swine flu in the same year. I had never had the flu before and I haven't since then. I avoid it at all costs.

One BIG thing to remember, and please pass this on, is when using hand sanitizer you can only use it 3 times before you HAVE to wash your hands with soap and water. Something I picked up in my Microbiology class.
