Completely Random: Orthopedic Dog Beds

Contributor: Drakoni Drakoni
A completely random question to ask on here, but I'm strangely not having much luck on the pet forum sites. I'm figuring that with all the reviewers on here, someone must have critically examined dog beds.

Do any of the dog owners on Eden have any quality orthopedic dog bed recommendations? I'm looking for something for a big elderly dog that won't deflate in the middle after only a month or so. I also prefer not to spend over $150. Thanks in advance folks!

This is the best one we've ever bought was the SSS PetCare Orthopedic from Puppycoat Junction.

We bought one in 2004, and it survived 2 Boxers and is now being used by our Mastiff mix puppy. Still firm and cushiony, no nasty smells, very easy to take care of.

What about the fleece top? Has it stood up to all the traffic?

Thanks for the lead.

The fleece started getting thinner after the first year, but it's still there. We usually use the other side up anyway because then we can just wipe it off when need be. And in the summer we take the cover off entirely and just use the nylon inner liner (it's cooler for the dogs).
